I have wanted to start my own business ever since I worked for the wonderful and locally owned and operated small business called South Bark Dog Wash here in San Diego.
I love being a standout employee for a business but my heart lies in calling the shots and creating something from the ground up. I have gotten into Social Media in a big way over the last few years. I have seen before my eyes how much Social Media Marketing can help a small business/restaurant/artist/musician expand so I started FRY or FLY Social Media Marketing & Services where I do freelance work for the aforementioned. I love working with the people I work with and hope to continue to build up a good client base. My overarching goal with FRY or FLY is to be an important catalyst in the growth of the local San Diego economy.

The other business that I started is Organic To You: Organic Grocery Delivery & Customized Meal Plans. The origins of Organic To You are when I started grocery shopping for my ailing parents as I was studying nutrition. They started eating better and feeling better and then I realized I should launch this as an official service to interested people. This service compliments my Nutritional Therapy practice.

A side project of mine is the online T-shirt store I opened called Binary Opposition. The idea for Binary Opposition started when I came across some amazing images and art work in a Dover Publications book. I researched Dover and found they have a bunch of books with incredible artwork from around the world. Best of all, a lot of the books they offer have the images on CD in both high and low resolutions. I have always been into unique T-shirts so I thought these images would make for some pretty rad shirts. “Binary Opposition: Unique Tshirts inspired by art from across the world. Designs eliciting the themes and binary oppositions of good vs. evil and peace vs. war” was born.
